Hey there, I'm Haneesha, your friendly neighborhood professional people watcher :)
It all started at Vanderbilt University, where I created my own, interdisciplinary major called Neuroanthropology. The field explores the nature vs nurture debate, but rather than treating them as opposing forces, it observes how culture and the mind influence each other.
I now bring this interdisciplinary field into the fast-paced world of user experience research. Armed with my unique background, I dive into how people interact with each other and the world around them to build valuable products.
My adventures have taken me across multiple industries including healthcare, education, technology, and advertising, as well as providing me with opportunities to create global impact at companies like Carnegie Hall, HP, and Spotify.

I am known to drive product strategy based on multidisciplinary insights. I triangulate data across attitudinal and behavioral methodologies to deeply understand complex spaces and create impact for product and business.

I aim to involve cross-functional partners in the research process, involving them at every step. From participating in workshops to sitting in on in-depth interviews, stakeholders are actively engaging as we uncover insights, solutions, and recommendations that influence the strategy.
